Why It’s Important to Rotate Your Greens

You hear this all the time. I myself say it frequently with clients.  greens

There is one caveat to this, however. And It’s HUGELY IMPORTANT.


Greens are an excellent source of phytonutrients, protein, vitamins, and antioxidants,  but as with any else, even too much of a good thing can be harmful to your health. That’s right, even healthy greens can be toxic if you Eat TOO Much!
